My name is Donna Bond and I am a certified dog behaviourist. I live in Torquay and share my life with my Husband, my three children and our wonderful Border Collie, Murphy.
Animals have always been a huge part of my life, but dogs have held a special place in my heart. I've always been fascinated with how they think, feel, and see the world around them. Over the years, I've been privileged to have worked in rescue and shared my life with some special dogs. As an adult, my first dog Charly, opened my eyes to the depth and complexity of canine behaviour. Later, Harry joined our family, each dog teaching me something new and helping shape the way I see and understand dogs today. Now, Murphy continues to inspire me daily with his intelligence, communication and connection.
With my children growing and life changing during the 2020 pandemic. I decided it was time to the the next step and turn my passion into profession. I began studying with the International School of Canine for Psychology and Behaviour to gain my qualification as a canine behaviourist and proudly gained my diploma with a distinction.
I've continued to grow and develop completing additional qualifications in puppy development, dog training, scentwork, anxiety, trauma informed course, rescue and oversea education, also achieving my accreditation as a canine behaviourist with INTODogs. I am committed to continuing my learning, skills and ongoing professional development to stay accredited within my role as a canine behaviourist.
Since qualifying, I have helped many caregivers achieve a greater understanding of their dogs behaviours, working together and sharing their journeys supporting a better future for them both, which is incredibly rewarding.

Donna has made such a difference to our family with her training ability. Cooper was causing problems due to his food aggression, so much so that he was about to be re-homed. As a result my partner and I took over Coopers care from his daughter's family and enlisted Donna's help. Her ability to show us how to recognise Cooper's behaviour and respond in the right way to avoid unwanted aggression has resulted in Cooper going home to his family. Donna was very flexible and responsive in supporting us both in person, by phone and by zoom.
